If a photo has been viewed 300 times but only has 3 votes that is telling me that the users of the site are not that intrested in the photo to keep it in the system long term!!  This will also apply to video clips.  We understand that you might view a photo several time however the system will only let you vote once every week or so.  Right now that is not the case, many photos have been viewed and not voted on so this tells us that you feel the photo is so poor that is not even worthy of a 1 star vote.

In a effort to keep the best photos and videos in our collection we will remove that content from our system.  If you are unclear on how to vote contact ghost and I can give you a hand.  In short you see a photo in the collection you want to view and you click on it. 

It will load in a new page, once it loads look to the right for the 5 stars.

mouse over the start you want to rate the photo as, and click your left mouse button.

You should see the old number increase by one indicating your vote was tallied!!

After that you can then scroll down the page a bit till you see the comments block in the left below the photo itself, type in a quick comment and you now have cast a vote and left a comment all in about 30 secs!!

I hope we can start seeing the view to vote ratio go up some as I would hate to have to start purging photos out of the collection!!
